We are now accepting claimants for a consumer action involving the internet service provider, TDS Telecommunications a/k/a TDS in the states of Alabama, Tennessee, and Georgia.

The action centers on claims by current customers that TDS has repeatedly failed to deliver the service (specifically internet speed and quality) for which those individuals have paid.

Frequently Asked Questions:

No, this case is not a class action.  Each case is filed as an individual arbitration pursuant to the TDS Telecom Residential Customer Contract.

No, as referenced in the Client Agreement, you will not be charged a fee by the attorneys.  Any fee obtained by the attorneys will be paid by the opposing party.

Our goals are two-fold:

  1. To improve the internet service provided to residents, and
  2. To make a claim for refunds on behalf of current and former TDS customers (on the basis that a service has been paid for that has not been delivered).
